Orders & Inventory

1. If you have any trouble placing orders via this website, you may contact us via e-mail to xo@artease-t.com or reach us via a direct message to our Instagram page.

2. By placing an order with us, you agree to our Store Policy, Privacy Policy & Terms of Service. 

3. Most of our products are one-of-a-kind, and hence we cannot block or dispatch any item unless payment is made.

Cancellations & Returns

4. We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. You must contact us within that time period via a direct message to our Instagram page.

5. We accept returns and facilitate refunds or exchanges only once per order under the following conditions:

  • The product is severely damaged under transit; in this scenario, we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package with image proof. Once you ship the product back to us in the original packaging, we will either offer you a replacement, or store credit or a refund.

  • The product's size is unsuitable for you. As mentioned above, you must notify us within 24 hours so that we can do the needful.

  • The product is lost in transit. We will issue a refund, store credit or an alternative product of your choice. Kindly note that we are not responsible for packages being lost due to wrong or incomplete address being given.

6. We do not refund shipping charges and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Shipping

7. All orders are shipped between 3-7 working days. Made-to-order items and clothing might take a longer time to be dispatched. 

8. Artease_t offers free shipping within India if the order value is 1000 INR or above.

9. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking ID.

10. If you reside within India and your order has not reached you within 5-7 working days, you must contact us ASAP.

Sales & Promotions

11. We hold sales, give out discounts and run promotions periodically. Kindly note that items purchased under these events are not eligible for returns.

International Orders

12. At this moment, our payment gateway does not process international cards, hence please e-mail xo@artease-t.com or message us on Instagram.

13. International shipping timings and rates are subject to location and order weight.
